ABOUT US

ASTIC PRODUCTIONS has been producing and creating events for more than 25 years. Exclusively working with non-profits allows us to understand the emerging trends that have become vital to managing event leadership and creating a successful fundraising event. Our strength as a company is the personal service we provide to our loyal client base and the trust that results in extraordinary partnerships.

 

Our current and past clients cover a multitude of different fundraisers. These events vary from 1,200 person gala dinners to exclusive 100 person golf outings. Our team of experienced producers has the ability to be flexible in everything we execute and manage, and to bring innovative and creative ideas to the process from the moment we come on board.

STEPHANIE ASTIC

PRESIDENT, CHIEF STRATEGIST & EVENT MANAGER

Stephanie founded Astic Productions in 1992 and is the leadership behind all production needs for the company’s client base to ensure an exciting and successful process. Stephanie has sat on a number of foundation boards, experiences from which she has garnered knowledge and expertise that have greatly impacted and shaped the way we understand fundraisers and all of their key components. Her background in events started after graduating from FIT and working in the publishing field. By 1992, Stephanie had started Astic Productions and has been working in event production and fundraising ever since.

JAMIE GERRISH

SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

Jamie has worked at Astic Productions since 2011. Prior to joining the team she was a teacher in the New York City public schools. Her background in education makes her a great advocate for clients and their programs. Jamie manages all logistics of an event and excels at working with event leadership on fundraising strategies. Jamie produces a wide range of events, from 1000+ person dinners to golf tournaments

EMILY GEORGE​

SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

Emily comes to Astic Productions with a background in sponsorship and event development. She oversees the timeline and planning process for a wide range of events including cocktail receptions and galas. She is responsible for drafting letters to potential donors, developing sponsorship packages, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing incoming revenue lists.

SCARLETT SULLIMAN​

EVENT MANAGER

Scarlett is a recent addition to the Astic Productions team. She comes from a sports marketing background focusing on client services and sponsorship development. From this experience, Scarlett is dedicated to the highest level of client services and satisfaction, making the planning process both effective and enjoyable. She works with clients to develop their fundraising strategies and execute successful and impactful events.
